    This video will serve as proof and help us process any claims faster.

  • Once our team inspects and approves the returned item, a replacement will be processed promptly.

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping expenses incurred when sending returned items to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Cancellation Policy
